Ticket Purchase

Tickets can only be canceled up to 1 hour before the respective show
Tickets purchased online must be presented at the cinema for entry.
The cinema reserves the right to refuse entry if tickets are not presented or are deemed invalid.

The cinema is not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of films.

Code of Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to loud talking, cell phone use, or inappropriate conduct, may result in removal from the premises without refund.
